Enable participants to use generative AI thoughtfully and strategically in their work by identifying high-impact use cases, improving the quality of their prompts, developing a critical eye for the generated responses, and knowing how to launch a structured AI pilot project within their organization.

• Formulate structured, clear, and effective prompts to obtain reliable and actionable results.
• Identify high-impact use cases for one’s role or organization (writing, analysis, ideation, decision support, light automation, and early applications of agent-based AI), using concrete examples from the construction industry.
• Evaluate the quality and reliability of AI-generated responses by developing a critical eye for potential biases, errors, and hallucinations.
• Understand the privacy, security, and ethical issues associated with the use of generative AI in business.
• Identify and define an initial AI project relevant to their organization, distinguishing between cases that can be addressed with off-the-shelf tools and situations requiring a custom solution, and applying concrete selection criteria (expected value, technical feasibility, available data, and risk level).
